The President provides executive leadership for the Association and ensures the Board’s decisions are implemented effectively.
ARTICLE VI. THE OFFICERS OF THE ASSOCIATION
SECTION 6.05: The President. The President, who shall be chosen from the Directors, shall have active executive management of the operations of the Association, subject,
however, to the control of the Board of Directors. The President shall, in general, perform all duties incident to the office of president and such other duties as, from time to time, may be assigned by the Board of Directors.
Core Responsibilities
1. Provides active executive management of HOA operations under Board direction
2. Presides over board and membership meetings
3. Sets meeting agendas in coordination with officers
4. Executes contracts and documents authorized by the Board
5. Serves as primary liaison with vendors, legal counsel, and management (if applicable)
6. Ensures enforcement of governing documents and Board policies
7. Assigns duties to officers and committees
8. Guides strategic planning and major initiatives
9. Represents the Association in official matters
