Attention Homeowners:
2025 Lawn Care Season
We are currently under contract to have lawn care for the 2025 season from April to October. In an effort to ensure common areas and yards
are properly maintained according to the contractual agreement, the HOA kindly requests that all homeowners (and renters):
- Ensure that trash cans, bicycles, yard tools, toys, balls and other belongings are not left in areas to be mowed (common areas and yards)
- Continue to pick up after your dogs
- Refrain from parking in the grass
- Be proactive in keeping Summerfield clean
- Be attentive and responsive to notifications and reminders
Failure to keep common areas and yards clear will hinder lawn care and may result in additional fees or termination of the service contract.
Lawn care will follow a weekly schedule but is subject to change depending on weather conditions.
