Attention Homeowners:
2025 - 2026 Winter Weather Road Service Season
We are currently under contract to have road care for the 2025-2026 season from November through April. In an effort to ensure service without interruption or delays in clearing the roadways, the HOA kindly requests that all homeowners (and renters):
- Refrain from parking in turnaround locations at the ends of each street during heavy snow
- Avoid parking on hills and locations that are hazardous when icy
- Refrain from parking in the grass
- Be respectful of other homeowner's property and access to driveways
- Be attentive and responsive to notifications and reminders
Failure to move vehicles during inclement weather to allow for service may result in the vehicle being towed at the homeowner's expense.
Be sure to update your contact information (phone number and email address) on the portal to receive text message and email notifications of weather events and service.
